Job Summary:

Meridian Blue Construction is seeking motivated and dependable Civil Laborers to support a variety of infrastructure and telecommunications construction projects. This role involves hands-on work assisting with site preparation, trenching, grading, concrete, and utility installations. Ideal candidates are physically capable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment. You will work alongside experienced crews and foremen to help ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

As a Civil Laborer, you’ll be responsible for loading and unloading materials, operating small tools and equipment, compacting soil, assisting in formwork and concrete pours, and maintaining clean, organized job sites. Qualifications:

Previous experience in civil, utility, or heavy construction preferred
Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
Valid driver’s license preferred (required to operate company vehicles)
OSHA 10 certification is a plus (can be provided during onboarding)
Strong work ethic, team-first attitude, and willingness to follow direction
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
